Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use this website. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Use of cryptocurrency (including Dogecoin) must be legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your use of cryptocurrency.

2. The FunDoge Game

FunDoge is a free browser-based mini-golf game. No purchase is required to play the core game. The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Optional features include:

• Level Editor — free to use. You can design and publish custom holes.
• Mint Link — free to use. Publishes your hole to our database with a shareable URL.
• 1 Ð Arcade Mode (when available) — costs 1 Dogecoin per leaderboard attempt. This is a skill-based game feature, not gambling.

3. User-Generated Content

When you publish a mini-golf hole using the Mint Link feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that hole to other users of FunDoge.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any law or regulation.
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains offensive, hateful, or harmful material.
• Attempts to exploit or harm other users.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.

4. Dogecoin and Cryptocurrency

FunDoge incorporates Dogecoin (DOGE) as a cultural element and optional payment mechanism. Important disclosures:

• Cryptocurrency values are volatile. We make no representation about the value of DOGE.
• Any DOGE contributed or spent in arcade mode is non-refundable.
• We are not a financial institution. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice.
• Dogecoin transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
• You are solely responsible for securing your own wallet and private keys.

5. Advertising

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on advertisements may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The FunDoge game, website design, code, graphics, and content are owned by Zengine™ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

"Dogecoin" and the Doge meme are cultural references used under fair use principles. We are not affiliated with the Dogecoin Foundation or its developers.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND GAME ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENGINE™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR GAME.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the site shall not exceed $10 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zengine™ and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of user-generated content.

10. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of FunDoge or this website at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
